USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree to have read and accepted my TOS.
All commissions are digital goods, meaning I will never ship out anything physical to you. The digital goods will be sent to you via a download link.
PAYMENT
All payments are made via
CHARGEBACKS & REFUNDS
I do not allow any chargebacks or refunds under any circumstances.
REVISIONS
I will fix and revise for free as long as the client's requests aren't major and made in time.
Please be 100% sure about your requirements as this is your money and my time. Any changes made after agreement or which are doesn't apply to original request may be subject to a fee. Eg: Changing of colours and makeup, design etc.Some commissions does not include any revisions&fixes. Please read the Commission header below.
COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS
Please do not share, resell, repost, or redistribute my mod files or edits of my work or claim my work as your own.
Private edits of my mods for personal use are allowed, but please do not re-upload them without prior permission and acknowledgement.
If you wish to port my mods for public use on another race, please contact me first to request permission and discuss the details.
I reserve the right to post my work on social media with credits to the client.
Any use of AI and tracing is prohibited on my artwork.
COMMERCIAL USAGE
Commercial usage such as reproduction/redistribution for profit of any kind (i.e. selling prints/merch of it etc) is NOT allowed unless discussed otherwise.
A commercial license can be purchased and is usually x2 the original price, but may change depending on the circumstances.
Even after receiving a commercial license to my artwork, I still retain all rights to my work and am allowed to post it on my social media to advertise myself and the client still has to credit me for it.
COMMISSION
The turnaround time may vary depending on the commission type.

SKEB info. 1-4 week turnaround time.
* Only minimal contact.
* All information about your character should be included in your first message. ( screenshot, references..etc)
* There's no progress update for SKEB commission. Only the final artwork will be provided.
* For “Surprise Me”/SKEB style commissions, there will be no revisions allowed.
* Revisions for the final artwork will only be made if I make a mistake, or miss important character details on my end.
